Job Advert Description

As the receptionist and customer support person you would serve as the primary face of Clarks to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. You will also be responsible to notify company personnel of a visitors arrival. Another important part of this role would be to maintain the security and telecommunication systems. You would issue visitor badges, be point person in the event of an emergency and assist with additional customer duties for the team as needed. 

Essential Knowledge:

  • Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • How to use organizational goals as moral compass while helping resolve issues
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Strong people orientation versus a task orientation 
  • Comfortable dealing with multiple interruptions on a continual basis, always maintaining a friendly interface with others
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Attention to detail

Successful Experience:

  • Held reception position for a company of 100 or more previously / 1-3 years
  • High School diploma
