Clarks is seeking a Part Time Consumer Experience Representative to join our Customer Service department. Qualified candidates should know how to make each consumer have the best experience possible, creating customers for life.

In this role, you will manage our customer’s experience by providing proactive support, information and options. You will be responsible for processing all consumer transactions via phone and e-mail, including questions regarding our products, retail stores, and service offerings.


  • Be an enthusiastic voice of reason when interacting with every consumer; following up to ensure complete resolution of all inquiries
  • Analyzing customer needs in order recommend product
  • Working knowledge of promotions and advertisements
  • Inbound calls from consumers average 30-60 per day
  • Emails answered average 30-40 per day
  • Resolves product issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.


  • 1-3 years’ work experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent relationship management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent problem solving
  • Must embrace change and thrive in a strong team environment.
  • Solid computer skills, proficiency in email, order entry systems (SAP experience preferred) and Microsoft office.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates preferred but not required.


** Part Time Days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
