The part-time Fit Models primary purpose is to provide the product development and implementation teams with a consistent Model size foot upon which to base pattern corrections, last amendments and other decisions related to the consistent fit, comfort and long term wear of our product.  This work will be intermittent, depending on the needs of the Company. 

What you'll be Doing:

  • Measures as close as possible to our standard Model size 7M fit.
  • Is available to try on prototypes as they are received and assist the designer and engineer in evaluation of fit and comfort.
  • Is available to Implementation Engineers to try on fits as they are received.
  • Wear tests products and participate in Comfort Indexing.
  • Models shoes during meetings.
