Job Duties:
- Assist teams in successful completion of performance goals by monitoring projected vs actual volume, communciate risk to achieving SLA/Customer Requirements and recommend potential mitigation strategies
- Responsible for creating, communicating and executing order release plans
- Collaborate with Customer Compliance and Customer Service; ensuring customer requirements are met (cancels, RSD updates, address change, VAS requirements, customer set-up/maintenance)
- Maintain Value Added Services, lable stock requirements, including validation and availability of labels
- Report customer/order demand and flow thru for demand team, finance and Clarks leadership.
Essential Knowledge:
- HSD (or GED) required
- Knowledge of logistics/flow thru process of distribution center preferred
Experience:
- WMS experience preferred
- Business Objects/reporting tools
- 3-5 years in Order Management
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with stakeholders
- Self-starter with good judgement – proactively manage up where appropriate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Mathematical comprehension
- Analytical, and critical thinking ability
- Organization - skilled in time management.
