That’s we’re looking for a Global Senior Change Manager to play a leading role supporting the delivery of major change projects that will transform the way we work globally.

What you’ll Do:

  • Taking on a senior role on our newly created Global Change team.
  • Support the delivery of large-scale business change projects affecting the global running of our organization.
  • Support every aspect of business change, from assessing the need for change and designing risk-assessed change approaches right through to implementation and impact monitoring.
  • Play integral role in gaining buy-in for change projects and will facilitate transparent stakeholder management within the project team and externally.
  • Streamline the change process itself, driving the adoption of business change methodologies.
  • Develop efficient communication plans and reusable ways of explaining complex business change concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Support the design and delivery of training resources for developing high-performing teams that can meet project and wider business goals.
  • Responsibility and influence in equal measure, which makes this an opportunity to really make your mark on a global level.
  • As a leader, you won’t be afraid to challenge the assumptions of others and ask difficult questions where necessary but, equally, you’ll be able to resolve conflicts for the good of the project.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • PROSCI certified (or equivalent)
  • 5-7 years’ experience of delivering complex business change projects.
  • come to us from a professional consultancy background where you worked with multiple top-tier clients.
  • have used change methodologies (ideally Agile) and
  • have experience with project management and change workstreams.
  • An excellent communicator, networker and organizer.
  • Able to build relationships and influence colleagues at all levels to secure the buy-in you need for success.
  • Solid understanding of retail business and detailed knowledge of change delivery,
  • Previous experience developing and delivering training materials a plus.
  • Price2 certified is a plus.
