Qualified candidates selected for this positions rolls and responsibilities are as followed. To maintain a welcoming and inviting environment for employees and guests of the HC by cleaning the facility including restrooms, offices, elevator, and café; ensuring emergency incidents are cleaned up and area sanitized, making sure trash is cleared properly and recyclables are properly disposed of. Essential Knowledge

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

· Knowledge on use of cleaning equipment both standard and industrial/commercial (sweepers, floor scrubbers, etc.)

 

Successful Experience:

· 1-3 years previous custodial experience in warehouse environment

 

Technical Skills:

· Organizational skills

· Communication skills

 

Competencies (Behaviors):

· Attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Confidentiality (when cleaning private offices)

· Ability to work independently as well as under direction of supervisor

· Ability to work overtime as needed

· Dependability
