Purpose

As the Channel Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning and activation of all wholesale, retail, and co-op marketing programs for the Latin America region, as well as support our retail channel business. In this role, you will elevate the Clarks brand image and drive conversion across the extensive network of business partners and retail locations in both Latin America and the U.S. You will support and partner with the Director of Channel Marketing to develop and activate an integrated marketing strategy and budget and lead the day-to-day marketing function in the Latin America region. You will help drive the business through distributor relationships and marketing coordination with partners. 

 

Who You Are

  • You have Retail and Wholesale marketing experience, including a field-based role in a retail or franchise environment. 
  • You have knowledge of marketing and competition of footwear in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina, and Columbia. 
  • You are a native speaker in both Spanish and English.
  • You are a team player and are able to build relationships with a diverse range of partners both within Latin America and the U.S.
  • You have knowledge in analyzing expenses against budget and marketing programs to provide input and recommendations for imrpovements.
  • You have excellant organization skills and attention to detail.
  • You are able to think creatively and analytically.
  • You are able and willing to travel approximately 20% of the time, depending on business and marketing needs.
