The Role:

The Sr. Financial Analyst, Retail & eCommerce is key contributor supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Americas Region.

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage the delivery of key daily, weekly, monthly reporting for the direct to consumer channels.
  2. Support the delivery of commercial finance activity for the region including budgets, forecasts and regular financial performance reviews
  3. Prepare overhead budgets and forecasts partnering with cost center owners and key line item stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain master data sets to assist the business in sales planning
  5. Support the review of monthly financial results, including perform trend/variance analysis to identify key drivers. Partner with accounting, group finance, and the business to ensure all significant drivers are known to effectively support decision making.
  6. Produce KPI reporting for the direct to consumer channels, including providing in-depth analysis and insight into key drivers.
  7. Participate in retail real-estate appraisals and store probability analysis.
  8. Participate in cross functional projects and ad hoc analysis as required.
  9. Drive continuous improvement within financial processes


What You'll Bring With You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proficient in excel (with experience managing large / complex data sets)
  • SAP / BusinessObjects experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
