Clarks is seeking a Operations Manager to provide lcontinuous improvement of Clarks Americas' customer-facing operational processes and initiatives that support our Wholesale business. As the Operations Manager, you will lead efforts to measure our operational success, create and oversee KPI’s related to existing operations and identify enhancement opportunities that align with our Wholesale goals and objectives. Furthermore, you will create, promote, and deliver against action plans for operational changes and monitor the implementations to drive success and contribute to revenue and profitability.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead business process analysis, generate data & information from a variety of sources, build presentations and compile business cases in support of operational process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and develop operational relationships with our wholesale customers through engagement initiatives, providing operational support and formulating strategic improvement plans.
  • Oversee operational functions and data management of Clarks Wholesale drop ship programs.
  • Execute approved projects and new initiatives on behalf of Customer Operations Team.
  • Deliver business intelligence reporting in support of wholesale customer initiatives, engagement, scorecards and related data & metrics
  • Establish and maintain relationships and budgeted expenses with third party service providers for Customer Operations Team

Who You Are:

  • You are a self-starter, capable of delivering results and acheiving goals effectively and efficiently.
  • You are a team player, committed to organizaiton success with excellant interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of process experience as an Analyst or Manager and have a knowledge of specific tasks related to interpreting and executing requirements against cusomter needs, both internally and externally.
  • You possess strong analytical skills with a demostrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
  • You have experience creating captivating presentations and have a keen attention to detail. 
  • You are competent with MS Office, including both Excel and Visio
