Clarks is currently seeking a Global Digital Strategic Planning Manager to support the CMDO on international digital brand and commerce expansion.  This role will partner with the regional ecommerce teams, global and regional marketing, and our global technology teams on the development of business opportunity evaluations and project management for the launch of new initiatives to drive digital commerce growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion our digital first strategy within the business identifying innovative ways to service the consumer.
  • Identify and drive key digital strategic initiatives, taking ideas from concept to reality by working cross-functionally to build digital roadmaps, identify and build KPI reporting to validate our learnings.
  • Coordinate monthly global business review sessions with regional ecom teams, marketing, finance, etc.
  • Drive evolved trend reporting approach.
  • Lead bi-weekly global digital team meetings and quarterly summits.
  • Manage and facilitate forums for regional ecom digital leaders to share digital and ecommerce key learnings and best practices.
  • Lead major global digital projects (ie CRM, Livestreaming, etc) from business concept to consumer, partnering with key functions in the business: regional commercial teams, marketing, technology, finance, etc.
  • Support CMDO, commercial teams, and finance on monthly business reviews sessions.
  • Partner hand in hand with customer technology team and regional commercial teams on delivery of tech solutions to aid digital growth.
  • Develop business cases and strategic POVs on key digital initiatives.
  • Oversee documentation of digital best practices across functions for all regions


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience required; 4+ years in relevant role
  • Experience with strategic planning, commercial financial analysis, and project management
  • Ability to develop and manage cross-functional relationships across a global team at all levels in the organization
  • Hypothesis-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations
  • Expert verbal and written skills, with fluency in Excel and Powerpoint, as well as experience presenting to executives
  • Interest in fashion and footwear e-Commerce, prior experience – a plus
