Job Description: Leading and/or assisting with Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and events including investigation of customer “charge-backs” as required. This role will champion our CI efforts, identify opportunities for eliminating waste and support in the delivery of improvements within our Safety, People, Service, Process Efficiency, and Cost initiatives.
Essential Knowledge:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Successful Experience:
-
2 – 4 years in a logistics and/or LEAN continuous improvement environment
-
Experience with CI tools and terminology (6S, TIMWOODS, Process Flows, lead time)
Skills:

Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Writing proficiency

Basic Math Comprehension

Influencing skills

Flexible/Dependable
