We are looking for Specialty Sales Agent to work with us on supporting our Lifestyle Specialty Channel.

How You Will Partner with Us:

  • Representation and sale of Clarks Originals based upon brand priorities while managing, developing, and building upon sustainable and profitable businesses
  • Provide the highest level of service and product expertise from sell-in to sell-through
  • Manage & direct selling for national account base within Lifestyle Specialty Channel
  • Develop financial plans and strategies to attack new business opportunities within Lifestyle Specialty channel
  • Understanding of key retailer’s financial metrics - sales, inventory, turn, GM$
  • Execute in-store excellence through driving minimum assortment, and delivery of brand priority styles
  • Cross functional collaboration across multiple internal departments, including Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, etc.
  • Proactive account management, by identifying opportunities to improve existing business and create new business
  • Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models and rates of sale
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Lifestyle Specialty Channel and national competitive landscape
  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete

 

Who you are:

  • BS or BA Degree in business, marketing, or relative experience
  • 10+ years of footwear & apparel sales or related experience
  • You love to network and work closely with your accounts
  • Travel is important to how you connect with your accounts
