The Business Support Specialist will take on critical business support to the commercial areas of the business (i.e. Wholesale, Retail, and Ecommerce), as well as Legal and Finance. This role will assist staff in a wide variety of situations.
1. Responsible for PO’s. This includes creating and posting, as well as follow-up on any issues that may arise.
2. Responsible for processing expenses.
3. Responsible for processing invoices
4. Develop PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets as well as organize, update, and maintain confidential financial files. Responsible for scheduling business meetings.
5. Responsible for coordinating extensive travel itineraries involving multiple parties.
6. Set up meetings, manage multiple, complex, changing calendars and schedules.
7. Reporting as needed.
Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-4 years of related experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Organizational and Communication skills
• Strong excel skills
