The Ecommerce Customer Planning Analyst will be responsible for providing best-in-industry, ecommerce-specific planning insights customized for our top ecommerce retailers. The delivery of these insights will drive profitable growth for Clarks wholesale ecommerce businesses as well as position Clarks as a trusted ecommerce advisor for our customers. This role will also be responsible for informing the broader wholesale organization of the trends, risks and opportunities occurring within wholesale ecommerce This role will lead the wholesale organization with drop ship assortment creation, forecasting and insight analysis and communication. In addition, this analyst will be responsible for the execution, analysis and delivery of scheduled and ad hoc reporting as determined by the VP of Demand Planning. 

What you will do:

  • Advise Clarks’ largest ecommerce accounts on merchandising, replenishment and pricing opportunities including Amazon, Zappos, and Nordstrom.
  • Prepare for and lead monthly conference calls with planning staff at select Key Accounts.
  •  Provide information and presentations to sales representatives and retailers looking to drive revenue and efficiencies in their ecommerce business.
  • Manage overall ecommerce insights related to future inventory planning using trends across all Clarks channels to maximize profitability.
  • Create and maintain all drop ship assortments relevant to each customer and season across MCNA and Independent accounts.
  • Lead drop ship forecast creation, analysis and communication to the organization which drives Hanover Center small pair labor and planning.
  • Manage Drop Ship seasonal bets, contributing about 250k pairs of seasonal opportunities to the demand plan.


  • Highschool Diploma; Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience in digital shopping/ecommerce field
  • Analytical or technical accomplishments
  • Must be fluent in the online landscape as both a shopper and merchant
  • Must be skilled user of Microsoft Office, Specifically Excel
  • Comfortable learning and leveraging new software and portals
  • Ability to analyse and summarize vast sets of data
  • Strong presentation skills, both formally and informally
