The Supply Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for identifying Supply Chain cost control initiatives through development and maintenance of data management tools, system mining and ad hoc analysis. This role will work across all areas within the Clarks organization both global and regional.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders in all functional areas of Clarks Americas to develop base case scenarios in network modeling to facilitate supply chain optimization. Support ongoing analysis for Supply chian, logistics, transporation and additional initiatives that drive strategic savings and business-wide results.
  • Support logistic and transportation analysis in all modes of  traansportation.  Understanding with Ocean, Domestic transportation modes..
  • Responsible for developing and using relational databases such as SAP/Hana, Access and SQL to gather data for reporting activities in the areas of supply planning,transportation and service performance.
  • Lead, Support and Co-ordinate the delivery of streamlined analytics to senior managers and key customers to make more informed and timely business decisions through real-time insights.
  • Perform Data analysis to uncover trends and deviations and thereby facilitate proactive resolution of inventory/supply issues
  • Extracts, Compiles and Analyzes data obtained from S&OP meetings and other relevant sources.
  • Aligns with key members of S & OP team to highlight issues, create solutions and recommendations to improve business performance against target SLAs.
  • Publishes supply chain dashboard based on standards established
  • Ensure Reports & Data flows of Supply chain data integrate smoothly across our global operations to  provide clear concise reporting to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive continual improvement in Clarks Analytics capability through external benchmarking and the development of industry recongnised approaches such as statistical forecasting to support business process development

Qualifications: 

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office software, SAP, with advanced capabilities in SQL, Excel for purposes of analyzing data and creating meaningful graphical representations of data.
  • Ability to translate data into tangible and usable information
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating with impact and diplomacy across all levels of the organization and with vendors, customers, and service providers external to the organization.
  • Knowledge of demand and supply management  processes and tools
  • Strong cultural sensitivity to manage relationships across global organization
  • Equipped with 7-10 years of relevant analytical experience in supply chain.
  • Team player who’s driven and motivated by producing execeptional results
  • An excellent communicator who strives to provide share findings and actionable insights
  • Collaborative and excited to work with many different teams across the company
  • Detail-oriented, ultra-organized, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Lean or six sigma training
  • SQL or other database knowledge
