The Sales Operations Coordinator will be the central point of contact for sales department for wholesale channel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to partnering across the Clarks organization to form and mobilize strategies and merchandising plans, product catalog management, administrative tasks and promotional management.  This role is responsible for providing support within our wholesale sales channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages many aspects of the sales meeting including preparing materials, line sheets and agenda development.  Works closely with directors key and indpendents customers to ensure the meeting is productive and efficient.
  • Manage and update assortment & costing file. 
  • Manages Independent Discount Program to include setting discount rates, customers levels & effective dates. Oversees program definition for each customer level and re-evaluates standings based on results .  Aligns program with desired organizational objectives to drive customers to support iniatives and growth targets.  
  • Manages FMA and SAP WHO tables which drive the wholesale hierarchy and directly impact reporting, forecasting, B2B and many other cricical systems.  Ensures tables are in sync with the most up to date wholesale alignments and sets up new customers & territories.  Improves and optimizes both systems for better efficiencies.
  • Attends line reviews and/or line close meetings to understand product strategy.
  • Coordinates with product teams, merchandising teams, US Wholesale teams, and Supply teams to understand requirements, stage-gates, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collects, consolidates and analyses selling data from our independents. Highlights fast and slow movers in a monthly recap.  Reviews demand plans to ensure forecasts are changed accordingly in order to drive business and reduce risk.   
  • Coordinates closely with sales management & planning to identify product opportunities for at once and price optimization.  Tracks and recaps results.
  • Assemble & drives commercial-based information coming from sales meetings out to the Key & Independent sales teams and management.
  • Attends line reviews and/or line close meetings to understand product strategy.
  • Ensures prices are accurate on MAP.
  • Manages showroom sample ordering process for sales meeting.
  • Publish close out inventory to sales team on weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • College diploma or Bachelors Degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in merchandising administrator or coordinator role 
  •    Competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel(Pivot tables, Vlookup) and PowerPoint 
  •    Excellent project management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of management & external customers
  • Ability to multi task
