Clarks is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will develop a strategy to attract the best talent and create programs designed to execute the strategy.  This role will report to the Senior Director, Talent Management and collaborate with them to align the acquisition strategy with other talent management initiatives including performance conversations, engagement, culture and development activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an Americas region talent acquisition strategy
  • Create best practices and  metrics to manage and identify areas of improvement
  • Manage recruiter and work with them on full-life cycle recruitment of select positions
  • Develop processes for improving the candidate experience
  • Develop strategy for candidate attraction; tools, sourcing, branding, etc.
  • Create and implement innovative programs and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipeline
  • Incorporate global employer branding  into all talent acquisition  initiatives
  • Make continuous improvements and recommend new and creative recruiting ideas

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years experience as talent acquisition manager working in Human Resources
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Strong understanding of employment market and recruiting and attraction strategies
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized
  • Strategic thinker
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to have developed and led talent acquisition strategy
  • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
