Clarks is seeking a consumer focused individual to join our Customer Service Department! Candidates should have great phone skills as this is a call center environment, you will also need to multi-task and assist customers in a timely fashion so that customers have the best experience possible when they call Clarks. Hours are 10:30am-8pm 4days/wk & Sat. 9am-4pm. If you are customer focused and enjoy quality shoes; we offer a discount to employees that you won't get anywhere else! 

In this role, you will manage both internal and external customers’ requests and transactions, which can include: orders, inquiries, complaints, returns, comments and technical support. Qualified candidates should be able to process all consumers transactions via phone and email, including questions regarding our products, retail locations and service offerings.


  • Answer inbound calls quickly using a high level of etiquette and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction while remaining PCI compliant
  • Analyzing and investigating consumer challenges related to order shipments, returns and refunds according to departmental procedures
  • Documenting and resolving all interactions in an enthusiastic manner to preserve our current customer base and create new brand advocates
  • Closed loop communications with all customers to ensure complete resolution to all customer inquiries
  • Working knowledge of current promotions and advertisements happening in store and online


  • 1 year relevant experience, preferably in a customer service role
  • Excellent relationship management, meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Strong data entry skills including accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Tremendous computer system literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office in addition to order entry systems (SAP experience preferred) and web applications
