The Demand Fulfullment Analyst performs customer focused order book analysis with the goal of maximizing on time delivery. The Demand Fulfullment Analyst also forecasts, facilitates, and manages order release activity to the Logistics Center in order to meet order fulfillment capacities and help level load the order fulfillment work load.  



  • Enforces accuracy of order booking activity to ensure alignment of customer order book with guiding principles, booking calendar, and product availability. 
  • Designs, develops, and publishes various reporting necessary to highlight areas of success and underperformance in key areas  and to assist with decision making and initiation of process change.  Including but not limited to: Contract Consumption, Monthly/Weekly OTIF, Order Entry Audit, Order Management, and other ad-hoc reporting.
  • Analyzes supply and demand match through generation and utilization of reports which identify order allocation issues that will impact on time delivery, as well as, opportunities to improve supply availability across the order book.
  • Collaborates with Supply Planning, Buying and Merchandising, and International Logistics through weekly Supply Review meetings and as needed to highlight on time delivery risks and concerns,  propose solutions, and monitor through resolution.
  • Makes informed and timely decisions to adjust customer order delivery prioritiy, allocate supply, or withhold allocation of supply based upon existing supply constraints and/or stock positions.
  • Produces weekly dashboard reporting for key areas of the business which provides an aggregate view of customer order data and recounts our actual and projected on time delivery performance and general alignment against supply chain targets.
  • Daily and weekly communication with Customer Service team, Retail team, and Logistics Center to manage and coordinate order release activity to ensure alignment with available order fulfillment capacity.


  • High school diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Business Objects/SAP experience preferred
  • 1-3 years in an operations, allocations or supply chain role
  • Reporting skills from design to execution
  • Consideration of ethical principles during objective decision making
  • Strong communication skills, written and oral
  • Critical thinking skills to pursue new methods or solutions and to think outside the box
  • Time management/task prioritization
