The LMS Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of Clarks University, our Learning Management System (LMS). This newly created entry level role will report to the Training Specialist and will provide administrative support for classroom-based instructor led training as well as those on Clarks University in a variety of formats. This individual will manage multiple, fast-paced projects and must have strong communications and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of Clarks U – Skillport (LMS) including:

  • Provide support to users and assist them in resolving issues relating to LMS access and technical functionality. Escalate through the support process with the appropriate vendor when necessary.
  • Organize instructor led training (ILT) schedule and enrollment, eLearning content library, and user group assignments and permissions.
  • Publish, test, and troubleshoot online custom learning content.
  • Generate and run custom system reports and evaluations.
  • Maintain and design layout of end user site. 
  • Oversee relationships with related content vendors and host provider (Skillport).
  • Write promotional content for communications on educational offerings.
  • Other L&D related activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Team player who supports co-workers
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • LMS experience is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities
  • Solid problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills
